By creating an account and using Focus Companion, you agree to these terms.

Account responsibilities

You are responsible for account security and activities performed through your account.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it updated.
You must not misuse the service, interfere with operations, or attempt unauthorized access.

Free trials

Focus Companion may offer a one-month free Plus trial for eligible accounts.
Unless we state otherwise during checkout, a free trial does not require payment details and will not automatically charge you.
When a free trial ends, access may revert to the Free plan unless you start a paid subscription.
We may suspend, limit, or terminate a free trial at any point, with or without notification, for operational, security, abuse-prevention, eligibility, compliance, or business reasons.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew according to the selected billing cycle unless canceled.
Payment processing is handled by third-party providers such as Stripe.
Plan features and pricing may change with prior notice where legally required.

EU/EEA consumers: 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are an EU/EEA consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your paid Plus subscription within 14 days of concluding the subscription, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, email support@focuscompanion.app with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw. We will refund the amount paid for the subscription and end your Plus access.

This right is separate from ordinary subscription cancellation, which otherwise takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

Availability and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis.
We may update, suspend, or discontinue features to improve reliability, security, or compliance.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.
Material updates may be communicated through the Service, website, or other reasonable notice methods.
Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms where permitted by applicable law.
